Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in construction or related fields is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License required with own transportation.
• Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Capable of lifting 50 to 100 lbs. regularly.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean construction sites of debris, trash, and hazardous materials.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment.
• Assist with the mixing and preparation of concrete and other materials.
• Organize and maintain materials and tools in designated areas.
• Set up and maintain barriers, signs, and cones for site safety.
• Assist with marking and laying out construction areas according to plans.
