Job summary

Balfour Beatty US is seeking an Unskilled Laborer to join our team on a government client project for a period from November 2026 to December 2027. The role involves manual site work, cleaning, material handling, and assisting the Carpenter Foreman, Project Manager and Superintendent to maintain productivity on the jobsite.

Ideal candidates are reliable, motivated team players with basic English, the ability to follow written or oral instructions, and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred and on-the-job training required.
• 10-hour OSHA trained preferred.
• CPR/First Aid Training preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English; follow written, oral or schedule instructions.
• Must be reliable, motivated and a strong team player with dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manual labor including site cleaning and maintenance.
• Stocking and moving job site material.
• Work daily with brooms, wheelbarrows and small hand tools.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
