Responsibilities

• Debris removal: Collect and haul away wood scraps, drywall dust, nails, packaging, and general trash.
• Surface cleaning: Wipe down walls, trim, baseboards, doors, and cabinets to eliminate fine construction dust.
• Fixture detailing: Clean new bathrooms and kitchens, polish stainless steel or glass, and peel protective plastic film off appliances and windows.
• Floor care: Sweep, vacuum with HEPA filters, and mop hard floors or carpets.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and on-site rules.
