Job summary

Innovative Labor & Cleaning Services is seeking workers to complete final cleaning on construction sites in the greater Cincinnati area. This temp-to-hire role requires reliable, punctual, and hardworking individuals who can operate on OH and KY sites. Duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, surface and window cleaning, and general cleanup.

Pre-employment drug screening may be required. We welcome applicants who value attendance and a strong work ethic; felons are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a Pre-employment drug screening (in some cases)
• Must be able to lift and carry at least 50Ibs
• Reliable transportation a plus
• Must be able to work in OH and KY
• Must be punctual
• Must be responsible
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision
• Must be able to work as a team
• Must be able to bend, squat, lift, and maneuver constantly for extended periods of time
• Must have work boots

Job Summary

We are currently seeking individuals to complete the final clean portion of our contracts on construction sites. Our company is growing fast and we are looking for individuals to start ASAP. We are looking for hard working individuals who care about our company as much as we do!

This is a temp to hire position with a large local company.
