Job summary

Marous Brothers Construction is seeking a self-motivated Shop Assistant for our shop facility in Willoughby, OH. Based at the shop and supporting active project sites, this on-site role delivers materials, maintains equipment, and supports daily field needs to keep jobsites running smoothly.

You will load and unload trucks, secure loads, service gas-powered equipment, wash vehicles, and help with meeting setup and cleanup.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of heavy construction equipment and basic maintenance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to assist with additional projects and duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and distribute materials to active job sites.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers; properly secure loads.
• Check tools in and out of the shop and service gas-powered equipment.
• Wash vehicles and maintain shop cleanliness; assist with janitorial duties.
• Assist with meeting setup and tear-down; support daily field needs.
