  • Partner with clients, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality project outcomes
  • Provide technical and strategic guidance on complex projects and proposals
  • Build strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional services and market expansion
  • Mentor emerging leaders and create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation
  • Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence across all aspects of the business
What Makes You Successful

We're looking for someone who combines strong business instincts with exceptional leadership skills.

You are:

  • Solutions‑oriented and able to navigate challenges with confidence and professionalism
  • Motivated by ownership, accountability, and the opportunity to grow a business
Qualifications
