Job summary

Brown and Caldwell invites you to join our Summer Internship program as a Construction Services Intern in Detroit/Troy, MI. You will gain hands-on experience supporting consulting teams under supervision, applying your academic knowledge to real-world projects in a collaborative environment.

Currently enrolled in an accredited engineering or science degree with GPA ≥3.0, you will participate in workshops, capstone projects, and development opportunities while delivering value to clients and

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program in Engineering or Science.
• GPA equal to or higher than 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required.
• Strong interest in construction management and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams to support project planning and execution.
• Support day-to-day activities within assigned projects and/or functional area.
• Attend and complete Intern Workshops and Intern Summer Series Sessions.
• Complete intern capstone project assignment.
• Flexibility to adapt and execute additional assignments as needs evolve.
