Qualifications

• 5+ years of extensive construction scheduling experience.
• Experience in various building types and resource monitoring techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedules for new projects during Preconstruction.
• Support Preconstruction through forecasts and schedules preparation.
• Interface with departments to provide necessary scheduling data.
• Provide training to Operations staff on scheduling platform usage.

Skills

Knowledge of scheduling techniques and CPM

Ability to assure accuracy and accountability

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

P6 and Oracle Scheduling software experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
