Job summary

JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Scheduler for the Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) to create and manage project schedules across multiple sites. The role involves collaborating with project teams, reviewing schedules, and supporting planning activities.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years scheduling experience, a bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, and proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office. Travel and non-traditional hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of schedule logic and sequence.
• Ability to read and understand plans, drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in scheduling software.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, builds and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
• Performs schedule reviews to ensure effective and efficient best practices for scheduling are utilized.
• Participates in all phases of the construction planning & scheduling process, including the creation of proposal schedules, baseline schedule and ongoing schedule updates.
• Utilizes working knowledge of JE Dunn scheduling software.
• Visits job sites regularly to review job status and apply sequencing knowledge to update the project schedule.
