Job summary

JLM Strategic Talent Partners in Portland, OR is seeking a Quality Control professional with a track record in engineering or civil construction to support fast-paced project schedules.

You will partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to maintain project baselines, oversee subcontractors, track costs, and generate monthly material cost reports. This role emphasizes strong communication and organization on site.

Qualifications

• Proven QC experience in engineering or civil construction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working onsite on project sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduling support to assigned projects.
• Update master schedule and enterprise reporting.
• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in maintaining a project baseline schedule.
• Maintain quality assurance and control on assigned project schedules.
• Oversee subcontractors.
• Track material costs and quantities entering project sites.
• Create reports based on monthly material costs and inventory.
• Assist other engineering departments as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned
