Professional Sports Scaffolding Laborer – What you can expect
- Daily routine of scaffolding structures at professional venues such as football and soccer stadiums, baseball fields, tennis courts, golf courses, hockey rinks, and racetracks.
- Crews of no more than 5 employees, working together from job to job.
- Full-time, consistent and year-round work with predictable assignments.
- Work environment primarily outdoors, in sun and fresh air.
- Overnight travel is routine; crews may be away from home for 90+ days at a time.
- Travel accommodations and hotel lodging provided by InProduction, typically two crew members per room with small kitchen facilities.

- Growth opportunities to advance to Crew Lead, Foreman, Project Manager, or other supervisory positions.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and break down scaffolds; install ladders, walkways, and handrails.
- Assist in the safe and efficient installation/removal of equipment in accordance with project plans and layouts.
- Inspect all scaffold components prior to assembly.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, including removal of debris and materials.
- Load and unload equipment and materials from trucks and vehicles.
- Study plans and equipment lists before on-site installation.
- Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed; wear and use required safety equipment.
- Maintain fall protection requirements while erecting or dismantling scaffolds.
- Keep tools and equipment clean and maintained at the end of each shift.
- Ensure full client satisfaction regarding the quality of service and finished product within scheduled timeframes.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Background check and drug screening required.
- Valid driver's license preferred, with a good driving record.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools (drills, saws, hammers, etc.).
- Comfortable with heights.
- Creative problem solver capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve company goals.
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Read and understand basic safety instructions.
- Preferred candidates have experience in scaffolding, carpentry, construction, labor, or event production.
- Must be able to work overtime.
- Preferred but not required: bilingual (English/Spanish).
