Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking ambitious sales professionals to join our full-time team. You will meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily and deliver engaging in-home presentations to close deals.

You’ll grow quickly through elite training and mentorship, with a supportive, team-first environment and a clear path to leadership as you prove your results. Compensation is strong: $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% upfront advance and no cap on commissions.
