L'Attitude Recruiting is hiring motivated Construction Sales Representatives in the Philadelphia, PA area to break into roofing and home remodeling sales. This field-based role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and paid training from day one.

You will meet homeowners, assess roofing and remodeling needs, educate on options and financing, and guide customers through the process from start to finish, with opportunities for advancement within a stable company.

Qualifications
