FOREVER Exteriors is seeking a Construction Sales Representative to inspect roofs with homeowners and canvass neighborhoods for leads. You will educate homeowners on roofing issues, present solutions, and close deals using company-provided leads.

The role requires experience in roofing sales, the ability to climb ladders and conduct inspections, and a drive to build a local customer base through in-person visits and paperwork completion. Valid vehicle is required.

Position:

Construction Sales Representative – Conduct inspections with homeowners and also canvass neighborhoods for additional leads that either older or recently storm damaged. Speak with homeowners, educate them about their roofing issues, conduct FREE roofing inspections, sell roofing, and complete paperwork from company supplied leads.

Compensation:

• Average: $125K-$150K/year
• High performers: $150K-$200K/year
• Top performers: $200K-$300K+/year
