Job summary

Energy Panel Structures, Inc., based in Graettinger, Iowa, seeks a Construction Account Manager to support dealers with take-offs and estimates, and to develop pricing and scopes of work for commercial and agricultural projects.

You will coordinate with EPS District Sales Managers and EPS Dealers, manage building orders, delivery, and service coordination, while observing corporate safety policies and procedures. Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Assist Dealers with take-offs and estimates.
• Develop pricing and scopes of work on commercial and Ag jobs.
• Correspond with EPS District Sales Managers and EPS Dealers.
• Coordination of building orders, delivery and general service.
• Understand and observe all applicable corporate safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with organizing and creating EPS Dealer information packets.

Responsibilities

• Support dealers by producing take-offs and estimates.
• Create pricing and scopes of work for commercial and agricultural projects.
• Coordinate with EPS District Sales Managers and EPS Dealers.
• Oversee building orders, delivery, and service coordination.
• Maintain safety policy compliance and documentation.
• Prepare EPS Dealer information packets.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD or related CAD drafting software is helpful, not required
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Highly organized with attention to detail

Requirements

Education Requirements:

• Minimum 2-year Technical school or a degree in Construction Management or previous construction/estimating experience is preferred.
