Responsibilities

• Monitor safety programs and discuss with site personnel and subcontractors.
• Conduct safety inspections at least twice per month and coordinate reports.
• Coordinate PPE and safety materials on site and ensure postings are current.
• Investigate injuries and review accident reports with corrective actions.
• Minimize hazards and enforce safety policies per disciplinary policy.
• Lead weekly Project Safety Toolbox meetings with all workers.
• Document and forward safety meetings, pre-plans, and directives for tracking.
