Acrisure is seeking an experienced OCIP Safety Manager to oversee construction site safety across active projects operating under an Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP). This full-time position is responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, enforcing project safety standards, and promoting a proactive safety culture across multiple construction sites. The OCIP Safety Manager serves as the primary on-site safety resource, partnering with contractors, project teams, and insurance stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, conduct safety inspections, investigate incidents, and ensure compliance with all applicable safety requirements. This role requires extensive experience in heavy construction environments and the ability to build strong working relationships while maintaining the highest standards of workplace safety.
The ideal candidate brings significant heavy construction safety experience, thrives in dynamic jobsite environments, and is confident leading safety initiatives across multiple active projects while traveling between construction locations as needed.
The base compensation range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity. Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
