Job summary

Caddell Construction seeks a Safety Intern for Summer 2027 to learn and support safety tasks on domestic projects. The role emphasizes assisting with safety guidelines, inspections, and reporting in a construction environment.

You will shadow the Safety Manager, participate in orientation, and help monitor housekeeping and incident investigations. The program runs May 17–August 6, 2027, with travel and full-time hours, at a $25.00/hour rate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, implementing and supervising project safety guidelines and ensuring compliance with the Corporate Safety Program.
• Conduct daily safety inspections of active work areas and document findings.
• Consult with field staff on safety issues, policies, procedures and regulations.
