Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar field.
• Must have completed 1 year of study.
• Preferred: SH&E-related program.
• Preferred: experience working for a large general contractor.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and exposure to construction-based software.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities, requiring the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out tasks.
• Follows instructions to accomplish tasks assigned by senior staff.
• Meets required schedules while producing quality work.
• Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their field of study.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar field
