Clune Construction Company, L.P. seeks a Safety Coordinator to partner with the Regional Safety Manager to ensure adherence to safety and environmental procedures across sites.

You will drive audits, improvements, and incident investigations to protect people and profitability. The role emphasizes safety leadership, regulatory knowledge, and collaboration with Risk Management to mitigate claims while supporting project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• OSHA 30 hour certification preferred.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification and knowledge of safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as an internal consultant to all company business units with respect to safety.
• Ensure employee, trade partner, visitor and vendor compliance with safety guidelines and regulations.
• Provide safety guidance in the planning stages for projects.
• Attend and contribute to company and project safety meetings.
• Attend outside training to obtain additional designations and stay updated with industry changes.
• Model professional behavior for employees, trade partners, visitors and vendors.
