Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking an Occupational Safety and Care Coordinator to join our Safety team in Franklin Furnace, OH. This full-time, in-person role focuses on the care coordination for injured workers while managing claims expertly.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of construction safety experience, including onsite claims handling.
• Familiarity with OSHA 29 CFR 1904 Subpart C required.
• Excellent people skills and strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of care coordination for injured workers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with partner clinics and health providers.
• Administer the claims and care process for onsite injuries.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Track incident data and collaborate with Safety and Risk Management.
• Maintain communication with leadership on claim status.
