Job summary

Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Safety Associate to provide field-based safety oversight for a megadata center project.

You will engage with field personnel and subcontractors to promote safe work practices and ensure OSHA compliance and client safety requirements. Responsibilities include conducting jobsite inspections, hazard assessments, incident reporting, and safety coaching.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of field safety experience in heavy industrial construction.
• OSHA 30 and OSHA 510 Construction certifications required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards and safety regulations.
• Experience conducting field safety inspections and hazard identification.
• Proficient PPE knowledge and JHA/JSA development.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with site teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily field safety oversight and compliance engagement across active construction operations.
• Maintain a visible safety presence onsite and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Monitor contractor activities for OSHA compliance and client requirements.

The Construction Safety Associate will provide field-based safety oversight and compliance support for a new mega data center construction project. This role will be responsible for maintaining a strong safety presence onsite, engaging with field personnel, and subcontractors to promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and client safety requirements.

• Support safety oversight for heavy industrial construction operations.
• Conduct jobsite inspections, safety observations, and hazard assessments to identify unsafe conditions or behaviors.
• Verify proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe work practices.
• Review and monitor compliance with Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and safety procedures.
• Assist with incident reporting, near-miss documentation, investigations, and corrective action tracking.
• Provide safety coaching and guidance to field employees, contractors, and vendor partners.
• Communicate safety expectations effectively with site management, project leadership, and field personnel.

Required Qualifications
