Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Construction Health & Safety Advisor to deliver high-quality safety services across assigned clients, balancing field execution with technical advisory responsibilities to ensure OSHA-compliant practices.

You will conduct safety assessments, develop programs, lead training, and facilitate safety committees, driving improvements in client safety culture and compliance outcomes. This role requires travel and strong collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction health and safety experience preferred.
• CSP, CHST, or ASP credentials strongly preferred.
• Proven expertise in OSHA 1926 and related regulations.
• Experience developing and maintaining safety programs on active sites.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client trust.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor, providing regulatory guidance on OSHA 1926 and safety regulations.
• Conduct on-site safety assessments, training, and safety committee facilitation.
• Develop, write, and edit OSHA-compliant safety programs and policies.
• Review client deliverables for regulatory compliance and accuracy.
• Support at-risk client engagements and maintain client retention.
• Lead field execution and model professional conduct with clients.
