Provide set up, site prep, material handling, and assistance with roofing system removal and replacement under a foreman. Year-round work, advancement potential, and a second-chance employer ethos complement immediate interviews and excellent referral

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing is preferred, but not required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders up to 25 feet.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays and travel as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare job site.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Load materials into vehicles and strap/pad to prevent damage.
• Assist in removal and replacement of roofing systems under a foreman's direction.

Job Summary: Set up and prepare job site. Maintain a clean work area. Load materials into vehicles and apply strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit. Assist in removal and replacement of various commercial roofing systems under the direction of a foreman.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in roofing is preferred, but not required
