Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years experience OR high school diploma with 4+ years related experience.
• Experience in real estate, construction lending, or related fields preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-closing construction underwriting support and risk mitigation.
• Review monthly construction draw requests and consultant reports.
• Monitor construction budgets and risk factors; track monthly progress.
• Make funding recommendations and report to Asset Management and Credit Administration.
