Job summary

Forbes Bros. Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Construction Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for our U.S. and Canada operations. You will partner with hiring managers, source across field and project roles, and build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.

You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and drive timely hires in a fast-paced, project-based environment while maintaining accurate ATS data and collaborating with People & Culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting within construction, utilities, infrastructure or related operational environments is strongly preferred.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and operational leaders to deliver timely hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for an assigned portfolio of positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and project schedules.
• Recruit across field, craft, project management, technical and corporate roles.
• Source candidates through direct sourcing, job boards, referrals, networking and other channels.
• Build pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill roles.
• Screen and assess candidates and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews, references and offers.
• Support high-volume hiring and project mobilizations as needed.
• Maintain requisition and candidate data in the ATS.
• Provide visibility into pipelines and market conditions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with People & Culture to improve recruitment processes.
