The position involves drafting and negotiating construction contracts, advising on risk mitigation, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal solutions. NJ JD is required and license to practice in New Jersey is expected.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of construction law experience within a Real Estate Practice Group.
• Familiarity with professional services agreements and industry-standard contract forms.
• Strong academic record with excellent research and writing skills.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
