Job summary

• 0–2 years construction experience preferred, including internships/co-ops.
• Reading and understanding plans, drawings, and specs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Learns and participates in safety and quality plans and culture.
• Participates in project quality plans and related reports.
• Maintains documentation of QA processes and test results.
• Collaborates with suppliers to maintain quality standards.
• Reviews design documents to identify constructability issues.
• Conducts site observations to ensure specs are met.
• Supports coordination with VDC, Safety and other teams.
