Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Quality Coordinator for a Chester, VA project. This full‑time, in‑person role involves implementing the project’s quality control program, coordinating with internal and external teams, and ensuring inspections and documentation meet standards.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of construction experience, a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, and proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, BIM360, Field, and SmartSheet. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of office or field construction experience on similar projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS-based software including Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam, BIM360, Field, SmartSheet.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the project quality control program and perform daily quality procedures to meet project standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams for document review, coordination, and implementation during construction and commissioning.
• Read and understand construction plans to identify errors or redundancies for resolution.
• Maintain inspection checklists, reports, and documentation, and conduct quality walks and meetings.
