Responsibilities

• Participates in inspection of workmanship, materials and work in process on construction projects to determine conformance to standards.
• Maintains Construction Documentation System (CDS) and related construction management technologies daily.
• Monitors compliance with laws and the Construction Operation Manual (COM), policies and best practices.
• Assists with contract finalization and closeout processes and documentation for cost determination.
• Instructs and advises others in construction documentation techniques, field measurements, sampling and testing.
• Documents reviews and audits with internal and external partners.
• Works extended hours to support management of normal and emergency construction operations.
• Uses situational awareness to prevent accidents.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
