Overview

An established contractor with a strong track record in heavy civil projects is looking for a Quality Manager to play a key role on a landmark bridge rehabilitation in New England. This project will deliver major structural upgrades to one of the region’s most critical transportation routes.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of all quality assurance and control processes on site
• Oversee document reviews, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance
• Monitor workmanship and materials, flag potential issues, and drive solutions
• Lead audits and implement project-specific quality systems and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
• 8+ years in civil construction, with proven QA/QC expertise
• Strong background in field inspections and managing quality programs on large infrastructure jobs

This is not a remote position and will need relocation to New England.
