Job summary

Bodwé, the Professional Services Group of Mno-Bmadsen, seeks a Construction Quality Assurance Manager for Ft. Detrick projects. The role covers submittal reviews, schedule analysis, deficiency evaluation, claims review, and compliance oversight with contract specs and drawings.

The candidate will operate on-site at Ft. Detrick, coordinate with COR and ACO, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of relevant field experience in building construction/renovation/modernization.
• Familiarity with USACE Safety Management System (CE-SOHMS).
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety training and related certifications must be current.
• Must have or obtain Real ID/Passport for travel; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Review submittals and advise COR on acceptability and comments.
• Review RFIs/RFCs and prepare recommended responses for COR.
• Analyze contractor schedules and report findings to COR.
• Assess deficiencies and propose corrective actions with documentation to COR.
• Evaluate change orders and claims with supporting documentation for COR.
