Job summary

CES Consulting in Maryland is seeking an Office Engineer to join our team and support construction projects on Md's Eastern Shore. You will work closely with project managers, engineers and staff to ensure project records, submissions and reports are accurate and delivered on time.

This full-time position requires good communication, organization and basic MS Office skills. A valid driver’s license is required and you will be reimbursed for mileage.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective communication and ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project records, documentation, and correspondence.
• Schedule project meetings, take notes and action items and distribute meeting minutes to attendees.
