CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGERS NEEDED - CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION

Salary: $75,000–$125,000 (based on experience)
Role Overview
MLA is seeking experienced Project Managers of all levels to support heavy commercial concrete projects. This office-based role involves coordinating with GCs, subcontractors, and design teams to manage documentation, planning, and project execution.
Heavy commercial experience required; concrete experience strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Review plans/specs and coordinate drawings across disciplines
- Manage RFIs, submittals (rebar shop drawings, mix designs, product data), and project documentation
- Support preconstruction planning, logistics, and scheduling (Microsoft Project)
- Attend meetings and track action items
- Maintain accurate project records and communicate with stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred), or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of heavy commercial construction experience (senior PMs encouraged to apply)
- Experience working directly with GCs/subcontractors (office or field roles)
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
