Job summary

LVI Associates in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the area. You will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, safeguard budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships.

Candidates should have 5+ years in water/wastewater PM, experience with pump stations and lift stations, and proficiency with Procore, Primavera; degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience on water/wastewater construction projects.
• Direct experience managing pump stations, lift stations, force mains, or related utility infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of municipal construction contracts and project delivery methods.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
• Knowledge of construction software such as Procore, Viewpoint, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
