Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Lead Project Delivery Manager to oversee complex commercial and institutional builds from preconstruction through closeout. You will drive client satisfaction, cost control, and seamless team coordination on high-profile Midwest projects.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in commercial/structural GC environments, a track record with vertical concrete work, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project. OSHA 30 is preferred for eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of PM experience in commercial/structural GC environments.
• Track record managing vertical concrete projects preferred.
• Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or equivalent scheduling tools.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
