Job summary

W. G. Yates & Sons Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and client satisfaction.

You will provide leadership to the project team and serve as the main liaison among stakeholders. Responsibilities include safety program administration, coordinating subs, QA/QC, site logistics, and preconstruction planning. Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of construction management experience.
• Experience managing trades valued at $50MM.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program for the project.
• Ensure subs, materials, and equipment are available to meet schedule.
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors to support schedule and scope.
• Perform QA/QC to meet project specs and Yates standards.
• Communicate daily progress and issues to stakeholders.
• Coordinate site safety inspections and ensure PPE compliance.
• Lead preconstruction meetings and develop site logistics plans.
• Develop scopes of work for subcontractors and manage risk.
