Gray Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager, MEP for multiple locations including Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on coordinating mechanical, piping, and electrical trades, managing subcontractors, and guiding design-to-construction processes to meet schedule and budget goals.

Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university and a minimum of ten years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must possess basic computer skills, including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheet and e‑mail applications, and programs for calculating loads and performing cost analysis.

The noise level is generally moderate to loud. Overtime may be required.
This position has supervisory responsibilities for drafting by on‑site and contract ACAD drafters, and for administrative assistants for work generated by this individual.
