Job summary

AdventHealth in Texas seeks an experienced Project Manager for medical equipment planning and construction coordination. You will manage multiple projects, lead a team of equipment planners, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of equipment lists, sourcing, scheduling, and budget tracking.

The role requires strong communication across executive to onsite teams, familiarity with blueprints, and experience with Attainia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction or project management
• Experience in medical equipment planning preferred
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects with minimal supervision
• Coach equipment planning team on sourcing, scheduling, and budgeting
• Conduct user group meetings and coordinate with design/contracting teams
• Develop and manage owner‑furnished equipment data and budgets
• Provide monthly budget reports to program manager and steering committee
• Ensure OFE deliveries/installations align with construction milestones
• Coordinate transitions with all disciplines for project success
• Perform post‑mortem reviews to improve processes
