Job summary

Messer Construction Co. is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex commercial building projects from Indianapolis.

You will ensure safe work environments, LEAN planning, scheduling, cost control, and high-quality customer service throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and vendors, driving schedules, implementing the Quality Leadership System, and administering subcontracts and purchase orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive our Zero Injury safety program.
• Manage owner, designer, subcontractor and vendor relationships.
• Manage and drive project schedule.
• Implement the Quality Leadership System.
• Establish budget and cost controls.
• Administer subcontracts, purchase orders, etc.
• Establish project-specific controls, monitor and report out.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
