The Waldinger Corporation is seeking a driven Project Manager to join our Fort Wayne, Indiana team. This role blends strong technical know-how with people skills to keep clients, project teams, and field leadership aligned.

You’ll own the success of small to mid-sized projects, with potential growth into larger, more complex work. You will lead projects, drive planning, own outcomes across safety, quality and financials, and manage budgets while coordinating resources and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction management or estimating experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead Projects — Coordinate your team and project resources from initiation through closeout on small to mid-sized projects.
• Drive Planning — Facilitate project meetings with your team, clients, and stakeholders to set clear goals and objectives.
• Own the Outcome — Take ownership of project results across safety, quality, financials, and client satisfaction.
• Manage the Money — Monitor and manage budgets across multiple simultaneous projects, allocate resources wisely, mitigate risk, and drive revenue.
