• Oversees quality control and ensures compliance with building codes and safety regulations; enforces safety on-site.
• Acts as liaison between contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to resolve issues.
• Anticipates delays or conflicts and develops contingency plans to keep projects on schedule.
• Keeps management informed with progress reports and maintains accurate project documentation.
