This position is contingent upon an expected contract award.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate and coordinate with client staff.
- Manage change and claims, process invoices, conduct meetings and site observations, perform constructability reviews, and oversee procurement and management of design teams, sub-consultants, and IORs.
- Lead project teams from inception to completion.
- Administer contracts and manage, coordinate, and inspect contractor work during project execution.
- Provide leadership and coordination for project engineers, estimators, schedulers, project controls, and support staff.
- Review and develop contract documents with procurement staff.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Accurately document and report all project data in a timely manner.
- Create clear project data presentations for multiple stakeholder groups.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from $5M to $55M in construction value.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Track project status and generate management reports related to scheduling, costs, staffing, and contract requirements.
- Review and inspect construction site offices.
- Resolve disputes related to construction projects.
- Ensure client safety standards are met.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
- Six years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Ability to pass client screenings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Planning experience.
- Experience with marine facility construction is preferred.
