Job Summary

This position is contingent upon an expected contract award.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Communicate and coordinate with client staff.
  2. Manage change and claims, process invoices, conduct meetings and site observations, perform constructability reviews, and oversee procurement and management of design teams, sub-consultants, and IORs.
  3. Lead project teams from inception to completion.
  4. Administer contracts and manage, coordinate, and inspect contractor work during project execution.
  5. Provide leadership and coordination for project engineers, estimators, schedulers, project controls, and support staff.
  6. Review and develop contract documents with procurement staff.
  7. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
  8. Accurately document and report all project data in a timely manner.
  9. Create clear project data presentations for multiple stakeholder groups.
  10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from $5M to $55M in construction value.
  11. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  12. Track project status and generate management reports related to scheduling, costs, staffing, and contract requirements.
  13. Review and inspect construction site offices.
  14. Resolve disputes related to construction projects.
  15. Ensure client safety standards are met.
  16. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
  • Six years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Ability to pass client screenings.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Planning experience.
  • Experience with marine facility construction is preferred.
