Qualifications

• Proven experience with Submittals, construction documentation, contract negotiation, and project budgeting.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers and team members to define project objectives and establish project approach.
• Develop full-scale project plans and communicate project expectations to stakeholders effectively.
• Estimate resources needed to achieve project goals and resolve conflicts within the project team.
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation.
• Conduct project post mortems and create recommendations reports for improvements.
