Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) and knowledge of project management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while delivering quality results.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Reviews project proposals, plans and specifications to determine time frame, funding, and staffing requirements.
• Establishes work plan, scheduling and staffing for each phase of the project.
• Reads and understands drawings and specifications.
• Coordinates activities with project staff and coordinating teams to ensure progress.
• Negotiates with Owner and subcontractors to maintain efficient project operations.
• Prepares project reports for management and clients and reviews status reports.
