Job summary

PRIME AE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager I in Cincinnati to lead CMCI projects from initiation through closeout. You will coordinate clients, contractors and internal teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality across fast-paced projects.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and surface-level knowledge of CPM scheduling and contract administration. PE/PMP/CCM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing construction projects.
• Professional certification preferred (PE, PMP, CCM).

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects through all phases: planning, execution, monitoring, closeout.
• Establish scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, design professionals, and regulators.
• Review plans for codes, regulations, and project requirements.
• Oversee change orders, RFIs, submittals, and contract modifications.
• Monitor performance and report on budget, schedule, and quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee contract administration and project communications.
• Mentor inspectors and project personnel; support proposals and planning.
