CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER (HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL)

We are currently seeking to hire a Construction Project Manager to support our team in high-end residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will be a key member of the management team, capable of accepting direction, demonstrating confidence, and possessing excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). The candidate should be highly effective in both independent and collaborative work environments.

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all resources throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to closeout. The PM must ensure that customer expectations and budgetary constraints are met or exceeded. Responsibilities include tracking and maintaining the project budget, costs, schedule, risk management, insurances, work quality, and overall project progress.
