Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for our Wilmington area operations. The role focuses on leading commercial construction projects, with a strong emphasis on ground-up work, multi-family, and retail developments. Relocation is open to qualified candidates and growth opportunities are extensive.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Construction (or equivalent) is required.
• 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
• Experience with Commercial Construction is required.
• Ground-up multi-family, large retail or light industrial experience preferred.
• Experience in the Philly/Wilmington market preferred.
