Job summary

Ferguson Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead on-site execution with a focus on safety, quality, schedule, and cost control. You will coordinate daily with the project superintendent, subcontractors, and FCC safety/quality teams to drive project success.

The role requires a strong background in architectural/civil disciplines, familiarity with MS Project and Procore, and 5–10 years of construction PM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 5–10 years of project management experience in construction preferred.
• Proficient in MS Project and Procore.
• Strong architecture and civil background with mechanical and electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to FCC SOPs and procedures on each project.
• Oversee overall project safety, quality, schedule, and cost controls.
• Coordinate daily with the project superintendent and subcontractors.
• Plan long lead items and ensure procurement aligns with schedule.
• Review and manage billings from subcontractors/vendors and issue monthly bills.
• Monitor project equipment and manpower needs and maintain relationships.
