Job summary

ARCO National Holdings in the United States is seeking a Project Manager Co-op for a 6–8 month, full-time arrangement. You will assist with estimating, scheduling, design meetings, buyout, permitting, submittals, billing, and site visits under the guidance of experienced PMs.

The internship offers a housing stipend based on need, an end-of-term performance bonus potential, and a path to full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Civil/Mechanical/Architectural or Construction Management Bachelor’s degree program.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Previous Internship or Co-op construction experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with estimating and scheduling.
• Attend design meetings with owner and team.
• Prepare bid instructions, schedules, and drawings for subcontractors; evaluate proposals.
• Assist with permitting and submittals, and notify subcontractors when to proceed.
• Support billing processes: subcontracts, change orders, pay requests, and pay applications.
• Visit job sites with PM to ensure project progress.
